

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deposits
All reservations with That Classy Party require a non-refundable deposit to secure the event date and rental items. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits are applied toward the total rental balance.
Rescheduling

One reschedule may be permitted with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

Deposits and eligible credits may be transferred to the new date.

Additional reschedules may result in forfeiture of the deposit or credit.
Refunds
If a refund is approved under this policy, it will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
Early Pickup or Non-Use
No refunds or credits will be given for:

Items not used during the rental period
Cancellations by Customer
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date:
Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date:
No refunds will be issued.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
No refunds will be provided
Cancellations made by That Classy Party
In the rare event That Classy Party must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund, including the deposit, or a rain check credit will be offered.
Weather-Related Cancellations
That Classy Party understands that weather can be unpredictable.

If weather conditions become unsafe, customers may cancel with our a cancellation fee as long as the cancellation is made before we leave the warehouse for delivery.

In the event of a qualifying weather-related cancellation, no refund will be issued, but a rain check credit will be provided.

Rain Check credits are valid for up to one (1) year from the original event date and may be applied to a future rental, subject to availability.

Once our team has departed the warehouse, the rental is considered in progress and no weather-related cancellations or credits will be issued.
